About the Role
We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Packagers and Assemblers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling plastic parts, performing quality checks, and packaging finished products for shipment in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Assemble plastic components per product specifications
Inspect parts for defects, flash, and quality standards
Trim, clean, or de-gate parts using hand tools or cutters
Pack finished products into boxes with proper labeling
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE
Communicate any quality or production issues to supervisor
Meet daily production targets and standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly a plus
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
